The underlying ethos of all the services offered is the recognition that everyone has the equal right to live their life within society regardless of sex, age, religion, culture, race or ability etc. Over forty full time staff are currently employed. This includes qualified Social Workers, Link Workers, Support Workers, Maintenance Operatives, Property Managers, Drivers and Administrative staff.
There is an ongoing staff training and development programme, to ensure that all members of staff have the experience and knowledge required to support the needs of a diverse service user group 24 hours a day.
A comprehensive part of this service is a dedicated move on program. Depending on the service users needs, a tailor made support plan is provided to assist service users to access suitable private rented accommodation and obtain relevant tenancy advice. Therefore, a true move on service is offered, with the necessary support available to progress and sustain independent living.
