Care Plans

Andrew Stevens Supported Housing has a comprehensive policy and procedures for assessing all service users with the aim of producing an accurate and realistic care/pathway/support plan.

In conjunction with the relevant placing authority and any other professionals involved, the care plan will be a live document that is regularly reviewed, to ensure that it continues to address the needs, monitors progress and sets achievable aims for the individual concerned.

Bespoke Support and Care

The Andrew Stevens Support and Care Team includes a diverse range of staff able to accommodate the needs of most people. Projects can be set up for individual clients or groups of clients and do not have to include accommodation.

We have a portfolio of properties available throughout London , many of which can be altered to suit client needs. This can include changing colours, room arrangements or even being adapted to facilitate a disabled occupant.
