Through constant research, training and service user involvement at all levels, we aim to ensure our service and accommodation provisions fully meet our service users' needs and expectations, to support them to enjoy their lives to the full.
Supported Housing
The Andrew Stevens Supported Housing Team provides a flexible and adaptable accommodation and support service for 16-17 year olds at all levels, in both shared and self contained units.
Support packages are tailored to suit individual needs, as agreed between the placing authority and ourselves and are regularly monitored in conjunction with the Individual Programme of Assistance/Support Plan/Pathway Plan.
We currently support over 100 young people within this service, including Leaving Care and Unaccompanied Asylum Seeking Children. This service includes the distribution of funds/provisions and support with regard matters such as life skills, access to education, health and benefits by our in-house link worker/out reach support team.

Supported Living
The Andrew Stevens Supported Living Team offers a comprehensive service to adults (18+) within self contained apartments, providing an environment as near as possible to independent living, whilst also benefiting from the availability of support and specialist facilities.
The skilled and experienced multi-disciplinary team are able to support a wide variety of people including teenage mothers, mental health issues, physical disabilities, challenging behaviour and learning difficulties.
Support is provided within their home to develop personal, social and domestic skills and promotes, encourages and achieves a feeling of privacy, dignity and independence to the service user.

Monitored Accommodation
Andrew Stevens Supported Housing Services provides monitored accommodation and support services for young people aged 16 to 21 years old, with a variety of needs.
Particularly for those with higher support needs, a referral form must be completed and in some cases an assessment undertaken, before a service provision can be made available and suitable accommodation can be sourced.
The support and accommodation services are available on three levels:
Low:
Monitored accommodation (including out of hours and weekends) and up to four hours of 1:1 key work support included.
Medium:
Supervised accommodation with sleep-in staff and up to five hours of 1:1 key work support included.
High:
24 hour staffed accommodation (including waking night) with CCTV and up to six hours of 1:1 key work support included.
Unlimited additional support hours are available as required, including floating support for off site activities.
Working with a number of Local Authorities, accommodation and support services can be tailor made to fit the individual person's needs, based on the referral information, assessment and person centred planning process.
With over 40 members of experienced staff and registered managers, we are able to support service users with a variety of needs, including those with mental health issues, learning disabilities and/or challenging behaviour.
